i. These terms are for NON-COMMERCIAL commission only. Client may NOT use commissioned artwork to reproduce and/or sell for profit, physically or digitally. If you'd like to hire me for commercial purposes, please email me at nsari.contact (at) gmail . com
ii. Once the commission request is accepted, an online excel sheet will be shared with the client to track the progress of the commissioned artwork.
iii. A rough sketch will be shared before payment is requested. Client may ask for changes and details before payment.
iv. My turnaround ranges from 2 weeks to 8 weeks AFTER payment is made, depending on how many projects I'm working on and the complexity of the piece. It's possible to take longer than that, in that case, it will be communicated to client through email. If client would like to know the progress of their commissioned artwork within the 8 weeks, please consult the excel sheet. If you'd like a faster turnaround, please say so in the form. I may be able to deliver faster for an extra fee.
v. Unexpected delay will be communicated through email and updated on the excel sheet.
i. Commissioned piece MUST be of a pre-existing character(s) with clear visual references.
ii. Clients MAY commission a character design based on a pre-existing concept. This is available at a separate and different rates.
i. Payments are to be made in USD (United States Dollar) and through Paypal. I currently do not accept any other payment method.
ii. Full payments are made upfront after a rough sketch is shared with the client, unless the total price is over 200USD.
iii. For payments that are over 200USD, 75% of the payments are required upfront, and another 25% upon completion.
iv. Payments are to be made over Paypal invoice.
v. Tips are not required but very appreciated! When tipping, please send it on Paypal as "for friends & family" or through my Ko-fi at https://ko-fi.com/nyamcattt
i. Refunds may be requested if the commissioned piece is not completed within 24 (twenty-four) weeks after payments were made.
ii. Refunds are NOT available in any amount after the piece is finished.
i. I retain the rights to display commissioned artwork on my public online personal art galleries. If client would like to keep a commissioned artwork from public spaces for certain amount of time (i.e. a birthday surprise gift for someone else), please let me know so I don't spoil it.
ii. Client is allowed to share commissioned artwork with my watermark on public spaces OR without watermark with a credit to my twitter page @nyamcattt
iii. Client is allowed to use commissioned artwork on PERSONAL streaming services (i.e. twitch emotes) with credit to my twitter page @nyamcattt
iv. Client is NOT allowed to reproduce and/or sell the commissioned artwork for profit in any form, including promotional material, physical, and digital copies.
v. Client is NOT allowed to mint commissioned artwork onto any form of blockchain technologies such as NFT (Non-Fungible Token).
vi. Client cannot line, trace, or make templates from the finished piece without my explicit permission.
i. Edits and changes are encouraged to be requested after a rough sketch is sent and before the payments are made.
ii. Minor edits, such as color changes and minimal line editing, are allowed after the piece is finished.
iii. Major edits, such as pose changes, may be requested at extra fees.
i. Client will receive a non-water marked full resolution .pdf file on the commissioned piece and a smaller watermarked .png for public sharing purposes.
ii. Client may request a process video at 10USD extra fees. Please note that the request might be declined if I deem the process not professional enough to be shared.
